Job summary

Sensorex, Inc. in Garden Grove, CA is seeking a Manager of Quality Management to set the global quality strategy, drive ISO 9001 compliance, and harmonize processes across US and Czech manufacturing sites.

You will lead Quality Engineers, own internal audits, establish KPIs, and partner with Operations and Engineering to improve process capability and customer satisfaction, while ensuring readiness for external audits.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of quality management experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading multi-site quality operations.
• Strong ISO 9001 knowledge; ISO 17025/17034 preferred.
• Proficient in root-cause analysis and structured problem solving.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of metrology, calibration, and quality control concepts.
• Ability to see the big picture and make business-focused decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop a global quality strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
• Harmonize processes, documentation, and quality standards across sites.
• Lead Quality Engineers and support their professional growth.
• Monitor KPIs (FPY, COPQ, Scrap) and ensure visibility across operations.
• Maintain and continuously improve the ISO 9001 compliant QMS.
• Own customer complaints, corrective actions, and quality escalations.
• Lead internal audit programs and quality management reviews.
• Ensure readiness and execution for external audits.
• Support supplier qualifications, re-qualifications, audits, and corrective actions.
