Job summary

CPS Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance (QMS) Manager to unify QA efforts across GMP and FDA standards and maintain ISO-9001. The role directs QA programs for all U.S.

locations and supports engineering, commercial, and production teams in solving quality and technical issues. The position requires travel to other manufacturing sites in the USA, audits of internal systems, and handling customer complaints and regulatory reports.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ISO 9001, USP and GMP systems.
• Strong competency in statistics and quality data analysis.
• Proven ability to lead quality programs across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Direct preparation and submission of reports to auditing/regulating agencies.
• Review and approve monthly quality reports for exec leadership.
• Lead investigations into customer complaints and non-conformances.
• Coordinate supplier audits (paper, virtual, in-person) and travel to sites as needed.
• Support investigations into customer applications and internal instrumentation issues.
