Job summary

Sensorex seeks a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to own and improve manufacturing processes at the Garden Grove site, ensuring readiness, documentation, and continuous improvement. You will bridge design and high-volume production with a focus on execution and reliability.

You’ll lead cross-functional efforts, mentor engineers, and drive process controls, standard work, and change management within ISO-aligned quality systems. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or production engineering in a regulated/industrial setting.
• 2+ years of mentoring or leading engineers preferred.
• Experience supporting production operations, not just project work.

Responsibilities

• Own manufacturing processes from introduction through sustained production.
• Design tooling, fixtures, and processes to support manufacturing.
• Ensure equipment and work instructions are documented and controlled.
• Lead root cause analysis for process, quality, and yield issues.
