Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related technical field is required.
• Experience in a regulated or industrial environment is preferred.
• Strong documentation and problem-solving capabilities are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Own manufacturing processes from introduction through sustained production.
• Design tooling, fixtures, and work instructions for reliable output.
• Lead root cause analysis for process, quality, and yield issues.
• Support NPI and product transfers with clear readiness criteria.
• Develop standard work, control plans, and process docs.
• Mentor engineers and promote technical rigor across the site.
