Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS) in Nashua is seeking a Global Quality Manager to lead the end-to-end quality strategy across CBS. You will ensure product and process quality in NPI and volume manufacturing, drive customer satisfaction and reduce field returns through robust prevention and continuous improvement.

The role requires deep expertise in APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA and FMEA, with a proven record of partnering with Tier-1 customers and managing global programs.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering (EE/ME/IE) required; MS/MBA preferred.
• 1015+ years in Quality leadership across multi-site, high-mix electronics manufacturing (connectors/cables/EMS/semiconductor adjacent).
• Deep expertise in APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, DOE, reliability and FA.
• Proven track record with Tier-1 customers and ramp/scale scenarios; strong program and stakeholder management.
• Ability to travel globally (25-40%).

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Governance: Define the global QMS, policies, and KPIs; standardize across sites and suppliers.
• Customer Quality: Own customer interface; lead executive reviews; oversee PCNs and SQE.
• NPI Quality: Embed APQP/PPAP, CTQs, and gated readiness in new programs; drive Cp/Cpk and MSA.
• Manufacturing Quality: Deploy SPC and audits; lead weekly global quality reviews and containment.
• Problem Solving: Use 8D RCQA; lead cross-functional FA on top issues.
• Supplier Quality: Set SQE targets; qualify second sources; manage PCNs.
• Digital Quality: Scale AI vision and dashboards for real-time quality health.
• People & Culture: Build and mentor a global quality team; training in SPC, 8D, MSA, FMEA.
