Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Quality, you will lead global quality programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and advance world-class product quality and customer satisfaction.

• BS degree in business, engineering or related field.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and FSC.
• 7+ years in manufacturing with site-quality leadership.
• Six Sigma Greenbelt preferred; strong problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment of global quality strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead initiatives on defect prevention, quality excellence, and standardization.
• Foster accountability and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Lead cross-functional complaint huddles for root-cause analysis and trends.
• Serve as ISO Management Representative for Cary Multi-Site QMS.
• Support audits and standardize Loparex quality test methods globally.
• Mentor quality staff across international sites.

Loparex LLC is the world's largest manufacturer of extrusion base and silicone-coated release liners for the converting industry. We have an exciting opportunity for a Global Quality Manager to join our team.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Quality, this role provides tactical leadership for Loparex's global quality function, driving the execution and continuous improvement of our quality strategy to ensure world-class product quality, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction across our international manufacturing network. The Global Quality Manager will lead key quality performance initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization.

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Support deployment of the global quality strategy by aligning quality initiatives with business performance objectives.
• Lead global initiatives focused on defect prevention, quality excellence, digitalization, and standardization
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous implement and technical excellence
• Lead cross-functional complaint huddles to drive root-cause analysis, resolution, and trend monitoring.
• Serve as ISO Management Representative for the Cary Multi-Site Quality Management System (ISO, FSC, etc.)
• Support site Quality Managers in preparing for customer, system, internal, and other relevant audits.
• Standardize Loparex Quality Test methods globally
• Coach and Mention Quality employees globally.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Job Skills, Experience, and Knowledge Requirements

• B.S. degree in business, engineering field or related industrial field
• Experience with ISO 9001; FSC
• 7+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with experience leading a site quality team. Preferable experience: 3 years leading a site quality team.
• Strong working knowledge of quality systems, problem-solving methodologies, and statistical software.
• Six Sigma Greenbelt certification preferred;
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and effective written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Ability to work effectively in an international, multidisciplinary team environment.
