Job summary

Loparex LLC is the world’s largest manufacturer of extrusion base and silicone-coated release liners. We seek a Global Quality Manager to lead our quality function across international sites, driving world-class product quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Quality, you will deploy the quality strategy, lead cross-functional initiatives, and serve as ISO Management Representative for the Cary multi-site network.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in business, engineering or related field.
• Experience with ISO 9001; FSC.
• 7+ years in manufacturing with site quality leadership.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment of the global quality strategy.
• Lead initiatives on defect prevention and standardization.
• Drive root-cause analysis, audits, and trend monitoring.
• Act as ISO Management Representative for the Cary site.
• Coach and mentor quality staff globally.
