Job summary

The Lubrizol Corporation in Deer Park, TX (or nearby) seeks a Sr. Manager, Global Quality Systems to shape and standardize Lubrizol’s Quality Management System globally. You will drive risk-based management, compliance with global standards, and enterprise quality strategy across manufacturing sites and regions.

You will lead regional QMS managers, oversee audit readiness, and manage documentation systems and PPAP/PSW activities, enabling high-quality outcomes for customers and OEMs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years QMS leadership experience in chemical or equivalent environments.
• Minimum 5 years leading international teams.
• Global QMS auditing experience and ability to travel internationally.
• Experience with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, EFfCI, IPEC GMP/Excipact, Kosher, Halal standards.

Responsibilities

• Set global QMS strategy, define One Lubrizol QMS vision, and deploy standardization goals.
• Harmonize quality standards across sites including ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
• Lead regional QMS Managers and ensure consistent maturity across manufacturing sites.
• Oversee global audit readiness: customer, internal, and recertification audits.
• Manage QMS systems and documentation, SAP Q Module, and PPAP/PSW processes.
