Job summary

Porex is seeking a Quality Systems Manager to lead the site's QMS, ensuring ISO compliance and customer requirements are met. You will oversee audits, document control, and CAPA programs while driving continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

Reporting to the Site Quality Leader, you will mentor quality personnel, manage quality data reviews, and coordinate management reviews and performance reports to support business goals and certification maintenance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Business, or related field.
5+ years in quality systems, quality assurance, or manufacturing quality.
Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), ISO:9001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent certification.
Experience owning ISO 9001 certified management systems.
Experience leading internal, customer, and certification audits.
Knowledge of quality management principles, auditing techniques, CAPA, and continuous improvement.
Strong leadership with direct reports; excellent communication and PM skills.
Proficiency with MS Office and quality management software systems.

Responsibilities

Lead the execution, maintenance, and improvement of the site's QMS.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards, customer requirements, and regulatory requirements.
Supervise and develop quality systems personnel for audits, data review, and document control.
Coordinate internal, registrar, and customer audits and CAPA follow-up actions.
Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and controlled documents.
Oversee document control, record retention, and change management.
