Loparex LLC in Iowa City is seeking a quality assurance professional to join our release liner manufacturing team. You will conduct QA checks, analyze data, and ensure sample testing aligns with quality standards across production.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• AA/AS in chemistry or related field preferred.
• Experience in quality assurance and working with software systems.
• Strong mathematical and statistical skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain SCARS.
• Process daily role transactions.
• Order Lab supplies.
• Coordinate calibration functions.
• Maintain extra testing and test plan maintenance.
• Observe units for defects, perform tests, and accept/reject lots.
• Prepare Customer Outrun samples, labels, and send to customer.
• Utilize company databases and quality systems.
• Identify problems, propose and implement solutions.
• Maintain confidentiality across the organization.
• Assist in maintaining Quality Alerts.
