Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline is required.
• At least 10 years of operations related work experience.
• At least 5 years of quality related work experience.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices as they relate to manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain.
• Proven ability to lead initiatives, manage projects, and work as part of a project team.
• Hands-on style and willingness to perform a range of detailed work.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deploy a world-class quality management system and lead significant quality improvement across the region.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage quality assurance including Systems, APQP, and Warranty, as well as among internal and external suppliers.
• Lead global quality testing processes to meet customer quality requirements.
• Provide leadership in the Quality discipline, including strict enforcement of Control Plans, specifications, and IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
• Collaborate with various departments to achieve quality objectives and support quality teams within operations.
