Job summary

Clarios, a leader in energy storage solutions, seeks a Director of Quality for US/Canada operations. This role leads quality systems, drives continuous improvement, and ensures compliance with IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015.

You will influence plant-floor execution and partner with cross-functional teams to elevate quality and profitability. The candidate brings deep hands-on quality and operations experience, strong leadership, and the ability to build partnerships across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required.
• 10+ years of operations related work experience with 5+ years in quality roles.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance in manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain.
• Proven ability to lead initiatives, manage projects and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and enhance the quality management systems across the United States/Canada.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Lead quality assurance including Systems, APQP, and Warranty with suppliers.
• Provide leadership in the Quality discipline and enforce IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
• Collaborate with departments to meet quality objectives and support operations teams.
