We’re hiring a Quality Manager to lead quality assurance and continuous improvement efforts across our North American manufacturing group. Reporting to the Plant Manager and working closely with GISC Quality leadership, this role is based on-site at our manufacturing plants and is critical to ensuring compliance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
This position represents the plants in front of customers and suppliers when escalations occur, coordinates containment actions, and drives long‑term standardization of quality processes and best practices across the Product Operations footprint.
The Quality team ensures that our manufacturing operations meet stringent industry standards (AIAG16949, ISO) and customer‑specific requirements. By embedding quality discipline into every stage of production, the group safeguards product reliability, reduces scrap, and strengthens customer trust. This role is pivotal in aligning plant operations with global quality strategies, making it a high‑impact position that directly supports business growth and reputation.
