Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large QA programs and directing testing efforts across multiple accounts.
• Experience setting up and operating testing centers and QA CoEs for large accounts.
• Ability to engage with senior client stakeholders and drive account recovery and success.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML developments as applied to QE and testing tooling.

Responsibilities

• Mobilize new engagements with defined test strategy, staffing, tooling, and governance from day one.
• Stabilize deliveries in geographically distributed accounts with delivery issue resolution.
• Set up and run testing centers/QA CoEs including operating model, staffing, tooling, and governance.
• Lead large-scale QA programs end-to-end across functional, automation, performance, and test data streams.
• Manage global testing delivery across multiple time zones and multi-vendor/onshore-offshore models.
• Introduce and scale AI/ML QE tooling into engagement setup and recovery plans.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders during kick-offs and recovery situations.
