Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience leading enterprise QE strategy design organizations or QE CoEs
- Experience driving QE governance and delivery excellence
- Experience working with customer QE leadership on strategy and process standardization
- Experience managing multi-vendor delivery engagements and stakeholder governance
- Experience leading large-scale Agile delivery programs across multiple teams
- Experience driving AI maturity and AI-enabled testing adoption
- Experience with Retail Digital Transformation and Supply Chain Transformation programs
- Experience managing onsite and offshore client-facing engagements
- Experience with test automation and modern QE practices
- Experience in executive reporting, risk management, and account leadership
- Experience supporting account growth, innovation, and solutioning
Responsibilities
- Develop project timelines and ensure timely completion
- Act as liaison between technical teams and clients with regular meetings
- Support SDLC adherence and alignment with client requirements
- Monitor deliverables across all phases to meet quality benchmarks
- Contribute to project budgets aligned with scope and deliverables
- Identify scope changes and new client requests; assist in effort estimation and approvals
