Job summary

Eastman Chemical Company is seeking a Global Quality Representative at the Longview, TX site to support QA across materials and processes. This role involves approving specs, tests, and changes that impact product quality, coordinating stability programs, and participating in audits.

The position requires a BS in Engineering or Chemistry (or related experience), strong teamwork, and the ability to travel up to 15%. Training and continual quality improvement are core to the role.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Chemistry, or related science or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality systems.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.
• Experience with QA processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support QA processes for raw materials, intermediates, packaging and labeling materials.
• Approve specifications, procedures, and test methods.
• Approve changes affecting product quality.
• Coordinate stability programs.
• Interact with customers including complaint investigations and audits.
• Participate in internal site audits and supplier audits.
• Deliver training on quality procedures to personnel.
