M3 Global Research, part of M3 Inc., is seeking a Qualitative Project Manager to oversee domestic and international studies, focusing on qualitative research. You will manage all project facets from kickoff to delivery, coordinating with PM teams to meet timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
• 2-3 years of Market Research experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple qualitative projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with shifting deadlines.
• Self-motivated with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Quick learner of new technologies and software platforms.
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage qualitative projects through entire life cycle with clients, partners, and healthcare professionals.
• Facilitate screening, scheduling and confirming respondents for TDIs, focus groups, IDIs, and online interviews.
• Set up and test surveys and screener; monitor statistics and manage honors and invoicing.
