Job summary

MSA Safety is seeking a Global Quality Management System Lead to develop, implement, and continually improve the worldwide QMS. The role partners with Manufacturing Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Operations to embed quality into processes and drive compliance across sites.

You will steward audits, training, and governance, ensuring effective risk management and data-driven improvements to quality performance globally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of a manufacturing site’s quality management system (QMS).
• Thorough knowledge of ISO 9001 required; ISO 17025 requirements preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive fact-based decision making.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and governance of global QMS policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and follow-up corrective actions.
• Drive global QMS standardization across regions and sites.
• Develop training and competency programs for QMS.
• Monitor QMS performance and drive continual improvement.
