Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of quality experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading multi-site quality programs and teams.
• Strong knowledge of APQP, FMEA, MSA and SPC.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Standardize KPIs for Manufacturing Quality across sites and DCs.
• Coordinate strategic quality processes and tools (PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Capability).
• Promote and improve the MSA QMS and its tools.
• Lead cross-site quality initiatives and inter-site collaborations.
