Job summary

nVent seeks a Global Management Systems Leader in Minnesota to drive compliance, consistency, and continuous improvement across ISO standards and related accreditations at 32+ locations.

You will lead audits, CAPA, and ongoing governance of the integrated management system, mentor teams, and coordinate document control and workflows using SharePoint and Visio. Domestic and international travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing quality/integrated management systems in regulated/manufacturing settings.
• Deep knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, AS9100, ISO 50001.
• Experience leading multi-site and single-site certification structures globally.
• Ability to educate and influence teams on global management system requirements.
• Extensive experience with CAPA processes and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead global management systems across ISO standards and audits at 32+ locations.
• Oversee external and internal audit readiness and certification processes.
• Own the corrective and preventive action program and root-cause tracking.
• Maintain and improve the integrated management system across the organization.
• Develop and optimize SOPs and SharePoint workflows for document control.
• Support Management Review meetings and governance for compliance.
