Job summary

Amvac-Chemical-Corporation seeks a Global Quality Manager to lead the organization’s QMS across multiple manufacturing sites. You will drive QA/QC strategy, oversee audits, and champion continuous improvement in a regulatory environment.

The role requires 8+ years in QA within manufacturing, 5+ years in management, expertise in ISO 9001, Six Sigma, and strong leadership and communication skills. Travel up to 30% is anticipated.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of QA experience in manufacturing
• 5+ years in a managerial QA/QC/compliance role
• Experience leading internal and external audits and corrective actions
• Strong knowledge of QMS (ISO 9001 preferred)
• Six Sigma or ASQ certifications preferred
• Experience in agrochemical/regulatory compliance
• Travel up to 30%

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QMS aligned with standards and goals
• Lead quality strategy and planning across sites
• Manage QC/QA teams and drive cross‑functional collaboration
• Oversee quality control, product analysis, release and troubleshooting
• Run training programs on quality standards and procedures
• Oversee audits and inspections for compliance
• Lead corrective actions for non‑conformances
• Provide regular quality reporting to management
• Drive continuous improvement and cost efficiency
• Coordinate root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Stay informed on regulatory changes affecting QMS
• Ensure EH&S and regulatory compliance across sites
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
