Job summary

CECO Environmental is seeking a Global QMS Manager to support and improve its worldwide Quality Management System. You will provide quality system expertise, data analysis, reporting, and cross-functional support to ensure consistent QMS execution across units and sites.

This role drives quality performance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement in collaboration with operations, engineering, supply chain, and quality leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 8–10 years in quality management, quality systems, QA, or related function.
• Experience with global or multi-site QMS in manufacturing/industrial/engineering environments preferred.
• Experience with quality metrics, dashboards, audit findings, CAPA, document control, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with ISO 9001 or equivalent; certifications like ASQ/Lean/Six Sigma preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding of QMS principles, audit practices, documentation requirements, and process improvement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Power BI, SharePoint, or electronic QMS platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve global QMS processes, records, and governance.
• Analyze and report quality metrics, audit findings, CAPA, nonconformances, supplier performance.
• Prepare dashboards and executive summaries for global quality performance.
• Lead site quality teams to ensure consistent QMS application across regions.
• Manage internal and external audit programs including CAPA tracking and closure.
• Maintain documentation control and support updates, training, and records management.
• Identify gaps and opportunities to improve QMS effectiveness and operations.
• Provide training and guidance to global stakeholders on QMS expectations and tools.
• Support supplier and regulatory quality activities as needed.
• Maintain strong cross-functional relationships for timely issue resolution.
