Zobility in Minneapolis seeks a global management systems leader to drive ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, AS9100, and ISO 50001 across 32+ locations. You will shape segment-wide quality, environmental, health and safety, aerospace, and energy management systems.

This high-visibility role emphasizes audits, CAPA, and continuous improvement, with opportunities to mentor teams and implement SharePoint-based workflows for document control and governance. Travel up to 30% is required.

Formación

• Five plus years of experience managing quality or integrated management systems in regulated or manufacturing environments.
• Deep knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, AS9100, and ISO 50001.
• Proven experience leading multi-site/cross-border certification structures and global compliance.
• Ability to communicate, influence, and educate teams at all levels on global management system requirements.
• Extensive experience leading corrective and preventive action processes with root-cause analysis.
• Advanced analytical skills for troubleshooting complex process, certification, and system issues.
• Proven project and organizational change management experience for enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to collaborate across cultures and locations.
• Ability to travel 30% domestically and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Lead external and internal audits across 32+ locations and support certification, surveillance, and recertification.
• Own global CAPA program and ensure timely issue resolution and root cause action tracking.
• Oversee implementation and ongoing compliance of the integrated management system (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, AS9100, 50001).
• Maintain global management system procedures and ensure content remains current and effective.
• Analyze current and future procedural and certification needs for scalable multi-site registrations.
• Develop and optimize SOPs and SharePoint workflows to support document control and governance.
• Maintain SOP content, coordinate document issuance, and support workflow execution.
• Support Management Review meetings to drive governance and compliance.
