Job summary

CECO Environmental is seeking a Global QMS Manager to support, maintain, and improve the company’s global Quality Management System. You will provide quality system expertise, data analysis, reporting, and cross‑functional support to ensure consistent QMS execution across sites and units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 8-10 years of experience in quality management, quality systems, QA, or related quality function.
• Experience with global or multi-site QMS in manufacturing, engineering, or technical services.
• Experience with quality metrics, dashboards, audit findings, CAPA, document control, management review.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, maintain, and improve global QMS processes, procedures, records, and governance.
• Collect, analyze, and report QMS data and metrics, audit findings, CAPA, nonconformances, supplier performance.
• Prepare dashboards, management reviews, trend reports, and executive summaries for global quality performance.
• Lead site quality teams and drive consistent QMS application across regions and units.
• Manage internal and external audit programs, including planning, evidence, finding responses, CAPA, closure.
• Maintain controlled documentation and support document control activities.
