Job summary

EnerMech is seeking a Global Head of QHSE Systems and Assurance to own the IMS across all regions and lines. You will set global standards, manage certification programs, and drive assurance processes that support safe, compliant project delivery worldwide.

You will lead the QHSE KPI framework, incident management standardization, and a digital platform strategy, working with IT to deploy tools that enhance compliance and performance across EnerMech’s energy and industrial projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline.
• ISO Lead Auditor certification in at least one ISO 9001, 14001, or 45001 program.
• Root Cause Incident Investigation qualification (e.g., TapRooT, ICAM, Apollo).

Responsibilities

• Act as global system owner and single point of accountability for the IMS across regions.
• Develop and deliver a multi-year QHSE Systems and Assurance roadmap.
• Harmonize regional QHSE systems into one global framework while allowing local variation.
• Own the QHSE documentation hierarchy and ensure current, user-friendly documents.
• Lead ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 certification programs and audits.
• Define and maintain global QHSE KPI framework and incident thresholds.
• Deliver regular QHSE performance reporting to executive leadership.
