Job summary

EnerMech seeks an experienced Global QHSSE Lead Auditor to provide independent, risk-based audit and assurance across our operations, projects and management systems. Reporting to the Global Head of QHSSE Systems & Assurance, you will lead enterprise, cross-regional audits and test control effectiveness.

This role requires travel 40–60%, across EnerMech regions and international sites, with a focus on identifying systemic weaknesses, producing evidence-based findings and driving corrective

Qualifications

• 8+ years of QHSE, quality, risk or assurance experience in complex or high-hazard industries.
• Minimum 5 years of practical audit leadership across multi-discipline assurance activities.
• Proven knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Lead Auditor qualification in at least one relevant ISO standard.
• Strong written communication and report-writing capability.
• Ability to travel 40–60% internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct enterprise, cross-regional audits and assurance activities.
• Test critical controls and evaluate management-system effectiveness.
• Identify systemic weaknesses and craft evidence-based findings.
• Produce high-quality findings and verify timely corrective actions.
• Strengthen audit capability across the global QHSSE function.
