Job summary

EnerMech seeks a Global QHSSE Lead Auditor to independently audit our global operations, projects and management systems, reporting to the Global Head of QHSSE Systems & Assurance.

You will lead risk-based audits, test critical controls, identify systemic weaknesses, and produce evidence-based findings to drive improvements across regions. Strong lead-auditor qualifications and 40–60% international travel are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of QHSE, quality, risk, or management-systems experience.
• Minimum 5 years of practical audit and assurance experience, including leading audits.
• Lead Auditor qualification in at least one ISO management-system standard with strong working knowledge across integrated standards.
• Strong written communication and report-writing capability.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent risk-based audits across EnerMech’s global operations, projects and management system.
• Test critical controls, assess management-system effectiveness and produce evidence-based findings.
• Lead cross-regional and higher-risk assurance activities to determine control design and effectiveness.
• Contribute to audit capability development with strong independence and ability to challenge senior leaders.
