Job summary

EnerMech is seeking a Global Head of QHSE Systems and Assurance to own and advance the Integrated QHSE Management System across regions and lines. You will set global standards for policies, procedures, and assurance, directing certification programs and performance reporting to executives and boards.

Reporting to the VP QHSE, you will harmonize regional systems, manage change, and drive digital QHSE platforms and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and professional certifications related to QHSE leadership.
• ISO Lead Auditor certification for at least one ISO standard.
• Experience with root cause analysis and incident investigation methods.
• Master’s degree and senior-level certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as global system owner and single point of accountability for the structure, content, and performance of the EnerMech Integrated QHSE Management System (IMS).
• Develop and deliver a multi-year QHSE Systems and Assurance roadmap aligned with the Global QHSE Strategy and business objectives.
• Harmonize regional and business line QHSE systems into one global framework, removing duplication and conflicting requirements.
• Own the QHSE document hierarchy and ensure documents are controlled, current, and user-friendly.
• Lead the global ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certification program and audits.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline

Master’s degree in a relevant discipline

ISO Lead Auditor certification (IRCA, Exemplar Global, or equivalent) in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001

Root Cause Incident Investigation qualification (TapRooT, ICAM, Apollo, or equivalent)
