Job summary

Lilly is seeking a Quality Engineering Lead to own the end-to-end testing lifecycle for software products, from strategy through release. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and analysts to implement testing requirements, automation, and risk mitigation.

This role leads a globally distributed QE team and emphasizes modern automation and AI-assisted testing practices. You will drive test strategy, execution, and metrics, ensuring on-time delivery and high quality while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical engineering discipline.
• 8+ years of software quality assurance experience.
• 5+ years in a Test Lead or QE Lead capacity.
• Experience leading end-to-end testing activities in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing lifecycles (STLC) within Agile delivery models.
• Oversee test planning, execution, and defect management across multiple teams.
• Lead test automation framework development and CI/CD integration.
• Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders; coordinate SIT and UAT across teams.
