Job summary

Lilly seeks a Quality Engineering Lead to own the end-to-end testing lifecycle for software products, collaborating with developers, product managers, and business analysts to define testing requirements and automation strategies.

You will lead a globally distributed QE team, drive test automation and AI-assisted testing, and ensure on-time delivery while coordinating with stakeholders across time zones in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading end-to-end testing lifecycles in Agile environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related engineering discipline.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC/Agile and QA best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document comprehensive test strategies and plans.
• Oversee test case prep, execution, and defect tracking.
• Lead automation strategy, framework design, and CI/CD integration.
• Mentor distributed QE teams and drive release readiness.
