Job summary

PACCAR is seeking a Purchasing System Manager in Bellevue, WA to lead the Purchasing System modernization roadmap within the Business Systems group. You will provide deep commodity management expertise, collaborate with ITD and Purchasing teams across NA and EU, and ensure global best practices are translated into the GPPS environment.

The role requires 7+ years in purchasing, SAP SRM knowledge, strong project management skills, and the ability to drive standardization while training users.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of purchasing or related work experience.
• Deep knowledge of commodity management and purchasing processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with global business partners.
• Knowledge of PACCAR Purchasing System (SAP SRM).
• Knowledge of Project Management.
• Advanced PC skills (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate GPPS expansion project activities with ITD and Purchasing NA & EU.
• Coordinate with project team to implement new modules and conduct UAT.
• Standardize systems across ITD and EU teams.
• Provide project status updates as needed.
• Ensure Purchasing procedures are followed during transition.
