Job summary

Awin is seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager for the UTC programme to acquire and retain high-value media publishers globally. You will own end-to-end pursuit, negotiate terms, and drive live data integration while building scalable reference cases.

Expect to lead senior conversations with commercial, ecommerce, editorial and digital leaders, and to collaborate across Product, Marketing, and Legal to craft publisher-facing propositions and collateral.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in commercial, partnership or account leadership roles, with publisher-side experience.
• Track record of negotiating and closing commercial agreements with publishers.
• Experience representing an organisation publicly at industry events or forums.
• International exposure across multiple markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Land flagship media partnerships and own end-to-end pursuit from first conversation to onboarding.
• Build publisher value propositions and develop collateral, benchmarks, and training.
• Run integration conversations covering CDN/edge deployments and data sharing terms.
• Represent Awin externally at industry events and build scalable playbooks.
