Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Professional Services Operations Expert to optimize processes and drive efficient operations across NALA deployments. You will collaborate with internal teams and third-party resources to ensure timely execution, onboarding, and documentation for vendors and contractors.

The role requires 5+ years in operations, strong analytical skills, and advanced Excel/Outlook proficiency. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is expected, with opportunities for equity and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, field operations, logistics, project coordination, or related area in a digital environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in Operations, Logistics, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
• Experience handling advanced operational workflows involving multiple partners, teams, and systems.
• Strong analytical skills with data, dashboards, reports, and metrics.
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Experience using technology, automation, and AI tools to improve processes and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support operations across NALA deployments with internal teams and third-party resources.
• Own end-to-end operational process for NALA vendors and contractors including onboarding, contracts, and system setup.
• Coordinate asset allocation, scheduling, and 24/7 shift rotations across deployments.
• Serve as operational point of contact for vendors and contractors; track training and deployment readiness.
• Lead Purchase Orders for vendors and supervise PO lifecycle, invoicing and payments.
• Maintain and improve operational trackers, dashboards, reports, and metrics using Excel and other tools.
• Run and improve business workflows by leveraging automation and AI tools.
