Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Program Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of experience in operations management, developer operations, or marketing operations.
• Outstanding organization with multi‑workstream management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with synthesis of inputs into priorities.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools, coding agents, and automation to improve quality and speed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team leads to surface gaps and risks needing attention.
• Maintain activation calendar, budget, and priorities.
• Build AI agents, dashboards, scripts, and workflows to automate reporting.
• Influence meeting agendas, trackers, and strategy reviews; drive adoption of new rhythms.
