You will own talent strategy, architecture, and execution across enterprise IT, including end‑to‑end automation, data pipelines, and integrations with key systems like ServiceNow and ERP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with 5+ years leading teams.
• Proven ability to build and scale engineering organizations in high-growth environments.
• Deep expertise delivering production-grade systems with automation and AI integrations.
• Strong Python/Go coding ability and proficiency in Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and observability tools.

Responsibilities

• Architect and ship AI-enabled production systems across enterprise IT domains.
• Lead and grow a high-performance engineering team with strong ownership culture.
• Define multi-quarter roadmaps and drive disciplined execution with measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with VP/leadership to translate technology into business value.
