Job summary

Mirion Technologies, a global leader in radiation safety, seeks a Proposal Manager to lead complex technical commercial proposals. You will coordinate Sales, Engineering, Operations, Service, Finance, Legal, and Project Management to draft, edit, and finalize winning submissions.

You will absorb product knowledge, manage tight deadlines, and drive cross-functional teams toward on-time, high-quality responses while ensuring compliance with client requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing complex proposals (nuclear power/government contracting preferred)
• Experience with federal/state/commercial RFPs; FAR/DFARS knowledge desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, English, or a technical field
• Strong editing, formatting, and compliance-checking skills
• Proven ability to lead proposal efforts from kickoff to submission
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM
• Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP/MRP
• Strong written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Lead development, coordination, and submittal of complex proposals
• Draft, write, edit, and proofread proposals for compliance
• Develop proposal management plan and submittal schedule
• Coordinate kickoff meetings and status reviews; ensure timely delivery
• Assemble, coordinate, and manage resources to support proposals
• Develop compliance matrix; integrate technical and cost information
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Legal, PM
• Use Excel for financial evaluations on discounts and margins
• Maintain internal/external relationships with customers; respond promptly
• Deliver high-quality, winning proposals by required dates
