Job summary

Tuvli, an Akima company, is hiring a Real Property Management Specialist II to support our DoS client located in Washington, DC. The role focuses on safeguarding DS property and coordinating logistics across global operations.

You will work within DS/STO/OSB, draft SOPs, maintain inventory using ILMS, S-ILMS and CMMS, and coordinate with field personnel and contractors. Travel may be extensive to support overseas assignments.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of FAM/FAH regulations related to property management.
• Ability to assist DS field personnel.

Responsibilities

• Proficient written/verbal communication; work independently with government and contractor staff.
• Support overseas logistics positions and use DS systems: ILMS, S-ILMS, CMMS (IBM Maximo).
• Assist with SOP drafting, contract file documents, memorandums, and weekly logistics reports.
• Support annual inventory reconciliation across regions using ILMS/S-ILMS/CMMS.
