Qualifications

• Two years of experience in the logistics field.
• Basic understanding of FAM/FAH regulations related to property management.
• Associates degree recommended but not required; CPPS also acceptable.
• Must obtain forklift certification within six months of employment.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top-Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support DoS ILMS and SILMS systems training for DS personnel.
• Draft SOPs, memorandums, and weekly logistics reports on procurement handling and inventory accountability.
• Assist with annual inventory reconciliation across all regions using ILMS and S-ILMS.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed to support DS property management.
