Tuvli, an Akima company, is hiring for a Real. Property Management Specialist II to support a DoS client in Washington, DC. This on-site role operates within the DS security framework and may require extensive travel.

The candidate will manage DS property, use ILMS/S-ILMS and IBM Maximo CMMS, and draft SOPs and reports for worldwide deployment. Requires logistics experience and a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

  • Understand relevant FAM/FAH regulations on property management.
  • Three years' experience in logistics management.
  • Proficient written/verbal communication skills.
  • Active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Support overseas logistics operations and DoS property management.
  • Coordinate inventory and accountability using ILMS/S-ILMS.
  • Draft SOPs, contract files, memorandums, and weekly logistics reports.
  • Assist with annual inventory reconciliations across regions.
  • Maintain professional working relationships with DS staff and contractors.

Tuvli, an Akima company, is hiring for a Real. Property Management Specialist II to support our DoS client located in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities
  • This Position is in the Countermeasures Directorate (C), Bureau of Diplomatic Security (DS), Office of Security Technology (ST), Security Technology Operations (STO), Overseas Support Branch (OSB).
  • This positionmayrequire extensive overseas and/or domestic travel.
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of DS property to include the items used and installed by field offices.
  • Proficient written/verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain professional working relationships with a wide variety of government and Prime Contractor staff.
  • Proven ability to directly support overseas logistic positions.
  • Proven ability to directly support overseas logisticians on the use of the Department of States system of record; Integrated Logistics Management System (ILMS), the SecureIntegrated Logistics Management system (S-ILMS), Mobile Asset advantage and as directed the use of core CMMS (IBM Maximo) and mobile CMMS.
  • Assists in drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOP),Contractfile documents, Memorandums, and weekly logistics reports pertaining to the procurement handling, programing and inventory/accountability of all DS equipment deployed worldwide.
  • Assist withannual inventory reconciliation of all geographic regions of ST property using theIntegrated Logistics Management System (ILMS), the Secure-Integrated Logistics Management system (S-ILMS), Mobile Asset advantage and as directed the use of core CMMS (IBM Maximo) and mobile CMMS.
Qualifications
  • Have a basic understanding of all relevant Foreign Affairs Manual and Foreign Affairs Handbook (FAM/FAH) regulations regarding property management and be able to provide relevant assistance to DS field personnel.
  • Minimum of an Associate degree in Business, or other related areas of study such as Certified Professional Property Administrator (CPPA) certification; andThree years' experience in logistics management required.
  • Proficient written/verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum of an active Secret clearance.
