Job summary

Resorts World New York City is seeking a Manager International Marketing to oversee daily promotions operations and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure guest engagement and compliance with gaming regulations. The role involves managing events, vendor negotiations, and post-event analyses.

The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing/promotions management, strong stakeholder engagement, and experience with promotional funding processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and two (2) years’ experience in a Marketing, Promotions Management, or Promotions Supervisory position.
• OR Four (4) years’ experience in a Marketing, Promotions, or Promotions Management position OR Two (2) years’ experience in a Marketing, Promotions Supervisory position within Resorts World.
• Experience with Red Rock, PKMS, Trilogy, DRS, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of marketing promotions and related stakeholders to ensure guest engagement.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Advertising, Income Audit, Internal Audit, Marketing Analytics and other departments to ensure promotions are communicated and attended to.
• Generate six-figure promotional funding approvals and reimbursements annually.
• Draft and publish rules, internal controls, and post-event analyses in compliance with regulations.
• Build monthly promotions calendar aligned with database and direct mail strategies.
• Oversee promotions execution, inventory, and prize logistics with the audit team.
