Job summary

Resorts World New York City is seeking an Executive Casino Host to build and maintain relationships with targeted domestic players and oversee the domestic Casino Host team. You will ensure adherence to policies, procedures, controls and regulations while promoting the Genting Rewards program.

The role requires strong guest service, event attendance, networking to attract new players, and resolving gaming issues.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to obtain the appropriate casino license.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Three years as a Casino Host in high-volume or hospitality settings with supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Greets VIP patrons and assists them with their needs.
• Approve and monitor comp issuance based on performance per comp matrix.
• Supervise Casino Host staff; train, motivate, schedule.
• Promote Genting Rewards program and upgrade players to higher tiers.
• Attend events, network to attract new players, service guests.
• Sell promotions and events via in-person or phone contact.
• Resolve disputes related to gaming issues with guests.
