Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to process, expedite, and ship equipment, software, and documentation to integrators, vendors, and clients worldwide, ensuring contract and trade compliance.

You will evaluate T&Cs, manage LC/SBLC, generate invoices, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure accurate ERP revenue recognition across multiple projects, including international shipments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/work experience.
• 1 year of experience in project coordination or client service.
• Demonstrated knowledge of contract terminology.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word and ERP systems.
• Availability to travel less than 5%.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate client contracts and PO terms; resolve discrepancies and refer to appropriate personnel.
• Compare ERP data to contracts and PO terms; notify errors.
• Manage LC/SBLC/Surety Bond processes and submit for approval.
• Record revenue in ERP and verify contract fulfilment with project leaders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Create and monitor billing milestones and export/import documentation.
• Assist in preparing pay applications, lien waivers, and related documentation.
• Advise stakeholders on proper information to generate executable LC/SBLC/Surety Bonds.
