Job summary

TMEIC Roanoke, VA is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to process and ship equipment, software, and documentation to worldwide clients. You will evaluate contracts and POs, manage LC/SBLCs and Surety Bonds, and ensure billing milestones are met within ERP systems.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams including sales, project management, logistics, and finance, ensuring compliance with trade requirements and timely delivery across international shipments. Travel is minimal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent education and/or work experience
• 1 year of experience in project coordination or internal/external client service
• Demonstrated knowledge of contract terminology
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook, and an ERP
• Availability to travel less than 5%

Responsibilities

• Evaluate client contracts and PO terms and conditions; resolve discrepancies
• Manage LC's, SBLC's, and Surety Bonds with senior coordination
• Generate and reconcile invoices and revenue milestones across multiple projects
• Coordinate domestic and international shipping and documentation
• Monitor project schedules and manage freight and logistics
