Job summary

TMEIC Corporation Americas is seeking a detail-oriented Coordinator to process, expedite, and ship equipment, software, and documentation for global integrators, vendors, and clients. You will ensure contract and trade compliance and support cross-functional teams across projects.

Responsibilities include drafting LC/SBLCs, managing invoicing milestones, coordinating domestic and international shipments, and ensuring timely delivery while aligning with project leaders and logistics partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/work experience.
• 1 year of experience in project coordination or client service.
• Demonstrated knowledge of contract terminology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook, and an ERP.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate client contracts and PO terms; resolve discrepancies.
• Compare ERP data to contracts/POs; notify relevant personnel.
• Handle LC/SBLCs and Surety Bonds processing; assist approval.
• Create and reconcile invoicing milestones across projects.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipping; optimize cost and schedule.
• Monitor project schedules and advise on risks and resolutions.
