• Experience managing a high-volume portfolio of projects.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized across many projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 40–80 concurrent projects, keeping on schedule and within scope.
• Communicate with U.S. and international customers and subcontractors from start to finish.
• Facilitate collaboration between internal teams, manufacturers, and programmers to move work forward.
• Issue purchase orders and coordinate manpower and programmer resources for scheduling.
• Coordinate site visits and travel as needed, with advance planning.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate billing and project scope.
• Oversee parts orders, shipping coordination, and panel builds.
• Mentor or supervise a direct report and ensure documentation and communication are maintained.
• Maintain status updates using the customer’s project tracking platform.
