You will work in a hybrid environment, with occasional travel and a focus on safety, quality, and timely delivery while supporting a dynamic, EOS‑driven culture.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and partners.
• Proven ability to manage 40+ concurrent projects.
• Demonstrated customer service and relationship-building skills.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 40–80 concurrent projects, keeping them on schedule and within scope.
• Coordinate with US and international customers and subcontractors from start to finish.
• Facilitate collaboration between internal teams, manufacturers, and programmers.
• Issue purchase orders and coordinate resources for scheduled work orders.
• Oversee shipping, site visits, and coordination with leadership on priorities.
