Job summary

Stellar Energy Americas Inc. in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee small to mid-size, complex projects from inception to closeout. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, schedules, and client communications to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with project scope.

This is a full-time, exempt, salary role reporting to the Operations Director. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or management and at least 3 years

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or management discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of international project/construction management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall project execution from inception to completion.
• Coordinate kick-offs and review scope, contracts, and specs.
• Develop execution plans, budgets, and cash flow.
• Track milestones, schedules, and vendor coordination.
• Lead client communications and project closure activities.
• Ensure ISO 9001 compliance and audit readiness.
