Job summary

Stellar Energy Americas Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex customer programs across multiple manufacturing facilities and suppliers. You will coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Aftermarket Services to deliver projects on time and within scope.

You will drive financial performance, manage risks, and communicate with stakeholders while supporting operational excellence and customer satisfaction in a hybrid Fort Worth environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, SCM or PM is required.
• Minimum 8 years of related program/project management experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of complex customer programs across multiple locations and suppliers.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet scope, schedule and budget.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans and mitigate risks.
• Ensure alignment with customer expectations and post-delivery service needs.
• Communicate status, escalate issues, and drive continuous improvement.
