Stellar Energy Americas Inc. in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the Senior Project Manager across project phases, ensuring proper setup, permits, and contract readiness.

Responsibilities include coordinating kick-offs, budgets, procurement, contracts, schedules, and documentation; interfacing with vendors and clients; preparing client deliverables; and contributing to audit readiness and ISO 9001 processes.

Qualifications

• Background in construction, engineering, or management.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or management related discipline.
• 5 years’ background and/or experience in construction, engineering, or management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project kick-off and manage interdepartmental communications.
• Monitor budgets and provide input into project cost control.
• Interface with procurement, vendors, and subcontractors to secure contracts and materials.
• Review scope of work, contracts, and schedules; assist with project documentation and reporting.
• Support project closeout activities and corrective action plans.
