Stellar Energy Americas Inc. in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Design Project Manager to lead the engineering team in design, new product development and improvements across Stellar Energy’s product lines.

You will direct engineering activities, manage resources, maintain schedules, and ensure compliance with specifications, codes and budgets while coordinating with clients and suppliers. This full-time role requires a BS in Engineering, 3–5 years in power or cooling design, and readiness to

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from an accredited University.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in power generation design, cooling system design, or similar design project working experience.
• Familiar with ASME B31, NEC, ASHRAE, AHRI, CTI, HI, and various building codes.
• Familiar with selection and technical requirement of general mechanical equipment including chillers, pumps, cooling towers, heat exchangers, etc.
• Excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage engineering and design activities for project execution, contract review, quality management and product development for all Stellar Energy projects.
• Manages internal and external engineering resources.
• Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
• Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
• Facilitates communication among clients/customers and engineers, ensuring specifications, budgets, and deadlines are clearly communicated and understood.
